About Us

Everyone knows that it takes more than one person to create a successful company - it takes a team of individuals working together that have the same goals and ideals on customer relationships.

At McCormick Facilities Management we have just that - an excellent team working behind everything our client sees. We are proud of the work we produce and we work hard to make sure our client's are always happy!

Owner, Mike McCormick, has been working with buildings of all types for over 20 years. To this day he still is very much involved with every project that our firm produces. He is continuously expanding his knowledge of buildings and related issues by attending training and seminars, and by being involved in his community and his state happenings. Recently, Mr. McCormick has become an advocate for exploring wood fuel opportunities and many other alternative energy options.

Susan McCormick has been working with our company for over 5 years. As McCormick Facilities Management grew and more employees were added, the need for better record keeping and organization was a must. Susan has brought that, and more, to the team!

Mr. Keith Ober began his career with public education over 30 years ago as a school superintendent. He has served in different schools throughout New England, as well as for many community groups. It is this business sense and understanding of the operation of schools that has made Mr. Ober a great asset to McCormick Facilities Management. He's been with our team for several years now and has been a key factor in assisting many of our clients through facilities planning, analysis, and long range plans.

Deirdre McCormick joined our dedicated team of individuals in the Spring of 2008. Her degree in computer systems has allowed our firm to evolve with the technology world effortlessly. Because of her knowledge in software and technology, our clients have been able to experience the convenience of electronic data and much more. Deirdre has also become very familiar with our database entry and continually works with all of our clients to ensure they are receiving the service they need.
