There have been many projects in our years of service that have been a pleasure to do and to complete. We could fill pages with lists off all our accomplishments, but to keep it short, here are some of the completed projects we are particularly proud of.
University of Illinois
- Mr. McCormick was the team leader for this enormous project. The project consisted of a facility condition assessment of the Chicago, Springfield, and Champaign campuses. During this assessment structural, mechanical, and electrical systems were all considered. In all, 300 buildings were viewed with a combined square footage of 30 million square feet.
Missouri Department of Transportation
- Overall, 33 buildings were viewed in this project which consisted of a facility condition assessment and reporting on structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. The building types included several district offices and equipment garages.
GSA Military Army Medical Center - Ft. Riley, Kansas
- In this project, particular codes and regulations had to be followed because one of the buildings to be inspected was an acute care hospital. A facility condition assessment was completed, with many considerations for the building's use and occupants. In all, 5 buildings were viewed, which also included administration and training facilities.
Maine Department of Education
- Our firm is continually working with the Maine DOE. To date, we are the largest vendor for facilities condition assessments in the state of Maine. We have also assisted more Maine schools than any other vendor in receiving money due through a program known as the 'Revolving Renovations Fund'.
- Our firm was also chosen by the Maine DOE to assist schools with the Maine School Consolidation process. To read more about our work in this process, click the image below.
